1. Introduction & Applicability

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use the dg334 platform. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are not eligible to use dg334:

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per person / per household / per device / per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• If an attempt to abuse a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• dg334 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• The expiry date of a bonus will be stated in the offer's terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

dg334 offers sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, and fishing games. Each game category has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely fair and unbiased.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, dg334 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is proven, winnings will be cancelled.
• A bet will not be processed if there is insufficient balance in the account.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

dg334's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is added to the account at a set time each week. Eligibility for and the amount of cashback may vary, and dg334 reserves the right to make the final decision on this matter.

11. Limitation of Liability
